The company TP Strojevi d.o.o. deals with the production of machines for metal processing and metal machining according to the customer's requirements. The company's goal is to deliver high quality service and products with constant continuous improvement.

VISION: Long-term goal of the company TP Strojevi d.o.o. is to be a step ahead of other local manufacturers with its offer and reliability and to expand its production on the international market - the organization strives to conquer new markets so that the goals of workers, consumers, partners and the wider community of the organization are achieved.

MISSION: To permanently meet the needs and expectations of our investors and other interested parties with the quality and reliability of the realization of their works, while at the same time taking care of environmental protection and the safety and health protection of employees. Business success is based on fulfilling expectations and achieving satisfaction of our customers (investors) by producing quality products that are used in the food industry, the industry of alcohol and oil derivatives production. External stakeholders that also affect the company are suppliers with whom the goal is to maintain mutual benefit based on long-term cooperation and trust.

The company TP Strojevi strives to contribute to the development of the local community and carry out production that is environmentally friendly. Interested internal parties of the company are employees, for whom the company wants to provide a safe working environment with the possibility of progress and further education.

We achieve these activities through the application of the Quality Management System, established and maintained according to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This includes the selection and constant supervision of suppliers and subcontractors, with the aim of ensuring quality input raw materials, products and services, as well as supervision of environmental aspects, our impact on the environment and increasing the safety of our employees.

All employees, in accordance with their responsibilities, are obliged to take actions to achieve the company's goals related to the requirements of the management system described in the Quality Manual. We will always strive to achieve full customer satisfaction of our products/services, while maintaining a positive public image of the company. The professional training of our employees is a permanent task, and the management provides all the necessary preconditions for its realization.
